What's the difference between those two services?

The winners service seems to be about finding/selecting/advising products, but not entering them.
The other service actually enters the products.

That sounds like a major difference until you read "Our specialists will carefully pick only the best items from AliExpress.".
That sounds like winner-selection to me.

But considering the pricing of both services, I must overlook a vital point...

It requires reading and work.
But more satisfying.
