Trustable sellers

Hi guys, the plugin is focused on the reviews of the products (from 0 to 5 stars), but there are plenty of products whit 0 stars that could be potentially good. Do you consider sellers whit good average reviews (diamonds) even if the product has 0 stars, or you only consider the product itself. IMG attached
