Before proceeding further, Authorize the AliExpress API.

To authorize your AliExpress API, please go to AliDropship (in the orange box) → AliExpress Login → click Login → ​Get Code

If you are already logged in to your AliExpress account, you will be prompted to Authorize, using those access details.

Copy the code, get back to your WordPress admin area, paste it and hit the Code Verification button.

The Import reviews option of AliDropship plugin allows to add AliExpress buyers' feedback directly to the product pages of your store.

To apply necessary settings, go to AliDropship → Import → Import Reviews.

Star rating and number of reviews

From the dropdown menus select the star rating and the number of reviews per product you want to import.

You can import reviews to all products, to a particular category or to several categories per one time.

There is another useful option:

You can select products that have less than (e.g. 5 reviews) and add more reviews to them.

Send reviews to draft

Use this option if you want to edit reviews before publishing. They will be saved in Comments after import.

Import reviews from a particular country

You can import reviews left by customers from a particular country. Before importing reviews and applying this setting, select necessary country in import settings.

Reviews will be filtered based on AliExpress country flags in reviews:

​Remove images in reviews 

Some AliExpress buyers attach images to their product reviews. Use this option if you do not want to import reviews with product pictures.

Import reviews with images only

Enable this option if you want to import reviews with attached product pictures only.

Upload images to server

If this option is activated, all images attached to reviews will be uploaded and stored on your server.

After applying necessary settings, click Import button and wait for a progress bar to finish.

Update the dates of reviews

This feature will help you to keep your reviews posting dates updated.

To enable it, go to AliDropship → Import → Import Reviews → Update the dates of reviews → select the time shift you like the most – 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months:

E.g., today is 16th of July, 2021 and you have a review with a posted date 10th of May, 2021. If you select 1 month, the plugin will automatically change the date to 16th of June, 2021 (one month back from the current date).

Skip reviews with keywords

Put the words separated by comma that you don't want to see in your reviews and they won't be imported.

If you need to add reviews to a particular product in your store, go to Product Options → Reviews and click Import.

Frequently Asked Questions:

The plugin skips reviews from the same users and reviews without any text. Also, if you choose import reviews with images only, the number of reviews could be less, because product could not have that amount of reviews with images. That is the reason why the number of imported reviews may be different from the number of reviews presented on AliExpress.
