In order to process your orders, you need to be registered with AliExpress and have your own AliExpress customer account. You can register here.
It is optional to authorize your wordpress website in Alidropship Chrome Extension to place orders via API.
If the email and password fields disappear during authorization, please update and restart your browser, then try to authorize again. Or authorize in your Aliexpress account first and then authorize API.
Once you have received an order, you need to process it with AliExpress. Go to WooCommerce → Orders, find the order and click it. Inside the order click the button Place order automatically API.
You will see a window with a verification code field. You need to click Get Code button. Then you will be redirected to Aliexpress authorization form where you need to enter to your own Aliexpress customer account.
Once you are authorized on Aliexpress you will see a verification code. Copy it.
Paste the verification code in the field and click Code Verification button.
When code is verified you will see a window with the order's summary called Place Order Automatically via API.
NOTE: You need to authorize your aliexpress account only once.
In the Shipping Address block you can edit the shipping address from the order if you see some problems.
In the Products section you can see the product you are going to purchase for your customer. Variations are highlighted with grey color.
SKU is a dropdown menu where you can see all variations of this product on Aliexpress and their stock. SKU is fulfilled automatically but please always compare the grey variations with the selected SKU. They must be identical. If they are not, please find them and select in SKU dropdown menu.
In the Shipping Method dropdown menu you can select any shipping method you want to use. If there is a free shipping method available, it is set automatically.
Click Place order button to send this order to your Aliexpress account. After that you will see a status Processed which means the order is placed successfully.
To see the order and pay it you need to click Pay on Aliexpress button. You will be redirected to the order's page in your Aliexpress account.
Click Pay now to process the order with Aliexpress. You can also click Order details to check the details and pay from there.
NOTE: you can see NO SKU colored in red after you clicked Place order automatically API. It means Aliexpress doesn't ship this product to a country indicated in the order.
