The Secret Knowledge Of Successful Ecommerce Entrepreneurs. Alpha Dropshipping
Dropshipping is not a new concept.
But the way most entrepreneurs do it…is so outdated!
Dropshipping’s been around for years, providing a stepping stone for countless entrepreneurs to dive into the profitable ocean of ecommerce. But like every industry, dropshipping is in a constant state of evolution.
If you don’t understand it as a dropshipper, you simply get left behind those who do and stay up to date with their strategies and selling techniques.
The techniques that worked a decade ago might not necessarily bring in the same returns today, you see? However, in the middle of this whole industry evolution,, a revolutionary approach emerged — Alpha Dropshipping.
Our journey in the ecommerce world spans over a decade, during which we’ve helped set up hundreds of successful dropshipping stores. Our team didn’t just stop at traditional methodologies.
We saw such gaps in the selling system used by most dropshippers as:
- Offering products directly to those who’ve never seen their brand, store and products without any warming-up information or proper advertising material
- Not anyhow using lead forms, not working with abandoned carts or one-time visitors
- Reselling cheap and low quality Chinese products
- Not anyhow working on creating culture around the products they’d sell, not trying to spread this culture on their social channels
- Avoiding marketplaces or using them at their lowest potential
Again, all of those mistakes could have worked somehow in the past, but they are totally unacceptable in 2023 and the near future!
That’s why with Alpha Dropshipping we eliminated all of these mistakes old dropshipping (including the Shopify one) was built around.
Here’s what Alpha Dropshipping includes:
- Only high margin products that sell 24/7, every month, every season, in demand, absolutely evergreen and top quality. No exclusions. You’ll meet them in the 4th chapter of this course devoted to products that sell.
- Not only selling via a website-based store, but marketplaces. Marketplaces are a must nowadays and you’ll find out why in the 15s chapter of this course.
- The special Alpha Dropshipping Funnel that has a particular number of particular 6 elements a.k.a. stages to dropship with the highest profit potential. We separately describe each and every of these stages in chapters 11 to 16 of this course, so be careful not to miss any of them! If you miss at least one of the stages, it’s not going to be Alpha and won’t give you maximum results, as each Alpha Funnel stage is of key importance for sales.
But why ‘Alpha’?
In nature, the alpha is the leader, the pioneer, the one that stands out. Our system does precisely that in the realm of dropshipping. Let’s deep dive into what makes Alpha Dropshipping such a game-changer:
- Unlimited profit Potential: traditional dropshipping funnels have their constraints. However, with our Alpha dropshipping Funnel, the ceiling is shattered. To give you a hint of its potency, one of our flagship stores consistently clocks in around $500k per month, and this isn’t just a one-time spike; it’s the norm.
- Stability: Seasonality is the Achilles’ heel of many dropshipping stores. Alpha dropshipping transcends seasons with high margin evergreen products, ensuring a consistent influx of customers and sales all year round.
- Say no to outdated marketing: While most of dropshippers keep on offering their products on website-based stores only or struggling with trying to get on marketplaces we’ve included marketplaces as an obligatory part of today’s dropshipping and learned how to do it right, exactly what we’ll share later on in this course.
- Product-Focused Business Model: We’re not about throwing anything at the wall and seeing what sticks. Our approach is smart in its funnel stages – we’ve done everything to let the customer get into the funnel smoothly, obtain high-purchase intent and make a purchase without thinking twice. That’s how it’s done in Alpha dropshipping and you’ll learn it soon!
- Generating repeat purchases: in comparison with the traditional dropshipping, Alpha dropshipping is aimed at repeat purchases, as well as enhancing the value of each new client. When dropshipping the old way you get one purchase and you’re thankful, because there’s 0 chance this client will get back one day. In Alpha dropshipping clients are happy to get back to you again and again, buy more and more.
The 5 Pillars of Alpha Funnel
In the Alpha funnel a customer goes through 5 stages between the first touch (when a person meets the brand/product for the first time) and the purchase of the product, which, as you might have already guessed, the last touch.
As we’ve already mentioned, we’ll describe these later on in the course. Now we just want you to learn the general terms to make your learning process easier in the future!
1. Ads: Your products offered on platforms that lay beyond your store.
Ads are the traffic source for your store. There are so many of them that we devoted the whole part of this course to them. Ads can be paid like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Or free like social media posts, short videos, and so on. This is the first time your future customers meet your brand so it’s very important to be creative here and as multimodal as possible.
2. Advertorial: A fusion of advertising and editorial, presenting information in a captivating manner.
An advertorial is a form of advertisement in the guise of editorial content. Unlike traditional ads that clearly stand out as promotional, advertorials are designed to appear like genuine content. This blending of editorial and advertisement gives it the name “advertorial.”
3. Lead Form: The gateway to capturing valuable customer data, paving the way for future marketing efforts.
A lead form is a digital tool that collects information from potential customers visiting your online store. As an online store owner, having a lead form can help you gather details about your visitors, enabling you to understand their interests better and reach out to them with tailored offers or updates, thus potentially boosting sales.
It typically looks like a small pop-up or section on a webpage where visitors enter details like their name, email, and maybe a query or interest in return for something valuable. An exclusive offer, some guide, webinar, tutorial. It’s a mutually beneficial process.
4. Product Page: The stage where the product shines, compelling the customer to hit the ‘buy’ button.
It has clear information about your product, where visitors can find all the details and features of the product. The purpose of this page is to show off the product as detailed as possible, show its best characteristics and most beautiful sides.
You cannot forget about a call-to-action, minimal navigation, and persuasive visuals or text guiding visitors towards a specific action, in our case, to make a purchase of your product. Purchases, of course, can happen on your website at this stage, but it’s not the goal of this funnel, not yet the final result!
5. Amazon Checkout + purchase in your Amazon account: Leveraging the trust and efficiency of the biggest ecommerce giant for seamless transactions.
Amazon is one of the key things that make our Alpha Funnel so effective in bringing profit: it’s the most respectable platform existing nowadays, so, obviously, it’s more likely for people to make a purchase on Amazon then on a website they see for the first time in their life (your website based store) due to the trust factor. Why not use it?
You know Amazon. We all know Amazon.
What you probably don’t know is HOW ACTUALLY GIANT it is: 514 billion U.S. dollars in net sales revenue worldwide! It’s huge and profitable and growing so fast, that it literally has the potential for every ecommerce newcomer to fit in as a successful seller.
The statistics prove it: 89% of new sellers on Amazon are profitable, we simply don’t understand why most dropshippers keep on ignoring this particular marketplace and stay on websites only, a lack of knowledge of simple laziness, maybe?
Anyways, you won’t be standing in the back with Alpha dropshipping. How? Learn in the next chapters of this course.
And even though the funnel has only these 5 main stages to bring profit, your progress and sales growth doesn’t stop at the 5th stage, because we’ll also talk about the remarketing.
Remarketing (or retargeting) is the way to get customers back to your store to make new purchases. Yes, we don’t want our client to make 1 single purchase and leave forever, we want repeat customers!
There are several ways to do that (email marketing and/or paid ads) and we’ll talk about them later, here’s just a short introductory information for you.
- Email Marketing: Engaging with customers directly in their inbox, keeping them in the loop, and urging them to make that purchase.
Email marketing is done by collecting emails, often through lead forms, and then sending targeted campaigns or newsletters to those addresses. Of course, you don’t do it by hand these days, there are automation solutions that schedule, segment, and send emails based on user behavior or preferences, making the process more efficient!
You might have heard about MailChimp or Aweber, we’ll talk more about them later in the chapter devoted to this step of the Alpha funnel.
- Retargeting via Ad Platforms like Google Ads
The art of re-engaging potential customers, reminding them of what they’re missing out on.
In simple terms, it is a strategy where businesses show ads to people who have previously visited their website or used their app, in an effort to bring them back and make a purchase or take another desired action. Think of it like a gentle reminder to those who’ve shown interest in a product or service before.
The mechanics are similar here to the first stage of the funnel, the one when you launch Paid Ads. However, there are specific steps you’ll need to follow to do the retargeting right, because there are different audience types for retargeting.
The Alpha Dropshipping model isn’t just another course or guide. It’s the culmination of a decade’s worth of experience, learnings, and successes, the only dropshipping model that works now and will work in the near future.
But, of course, a teaser can only give you a glimpse.
The magic lies in the details, and as we delve deeper into each segment, you’ll understand why Alpha Dropshipping isn’t just a model — it’s a movement. Ready to ride the Alpha wave? Stay tuned.
Later in this course you’ll learn what exactly makes each and every step of the Alpha funnel unprecedentedly effective and get to know exactly how to use it for your business.
